Your Roast Number matters! 

This number is crucial to the customization in the roasting of your coffee.

A suggested Roast Number (or bean roasting temperature) indicates the roast preference for your choice.

It is highly encouraged to hone in on your palate, your unique tastes, and what it means to have a perfect cup of coffee. All coffees roast at different rates, causing noticeable, nuanced flavors that are unique - just like your own palate! 

Try a coffee at a certain Roast Number and either keep it or tweak it to any listed degree for your next order. It's that easy! 

The record of your Roast Number will be found in your customer profile & order history. It will also be written in gold on the label of your coffee when it arrives.
